What we collect
When you send a request for quote (RFQ). Request for quote (RFQ) is now open. You need to sign in to your account to send a request. With your request we collect:
- vehicle information, such as make, model, year and engine (this may include your VIN)
- the parts you need, such as part names, part numbers, quantities and notes
- the destination country
- photos or files you upload, including an Excel file (.xlsx, up to 2 MB) or rows you paste in
- your preferred contact method (email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat) and any note you add
To contact you about the request, we use the email address on your account, and your name and phone number if you have given them to us.
To identify the correct parts, your VIN may be looked up in vehicle manufacturers' parts catalogues.
When you email or WhatsApp us. Your name, email address or phone number, and what you write to us, including any photos or files.
When you create an account. We collect your email address and a password (stored only in hashed form). You can also choose to give us your name.
When you apply to become an agent.
