Chery TIGGO 7 PRO: Poor air conditioning cooling; check for a blocked filter
Symptoms
- Air conditioning cooling performance has declined, requiring checks of the filter and control settings. [1]
Possible causes
- The manual requires maintaining the filter condition for cooling performance; a blocked filter is a diagnostic lead and does not establish a compressor fault. [1]
Checks
- Check for filter blockage and check temperature, airflow, recirculation and A/C activation status according to the manual. [1]
What to do
- After confirming filter blockage, maintain or replace the filter according to the actual vehicle requirements. Continue professional diagnosis if the problem persists. [1]
Applicability and limits
- Russian-language manual archived on the official Chery brand website for Russia; model TIGGO 7 PRO; applicable model years are not specified. Applicability to the actual powertrain and configuration needs to be checked. Scope: unknown [1]
- The official website archive entry explicitly identifies Tiggo 7 PRO; version identifier T1E0M20CNGLCHEN01
- Only applies to the configurations described in this combustion-engine vehicle manual; applicable model years are not specified
Related part categories
- Air conditioning system / Cabin air filter / Air conditioning ventilation [1]
