Symptoms

Possible causes
- The manual explicitly states that this operating condition may deplete the 12V (low-voltage) battery and prevent starting. [1]
Checks
- Check the electrical usage history and the condition of the 12V (low-voltage) battery, and have a qualified technician inspect the power supply. [1]
What to do
- Charge or repair according to this vehicle's battery requirements; do not proceed directly to replacement before damage is confirmed. [1]
Applicability and limits
- Only applies to the English manual from the official European website and to the corresponding ZS configuration among the combustion-engine configurations described; the manual date is not treated as an applicable model year. No actual vehicle model has been linked. Do not extend to models with the same name, other powertrains or other markets. Scope: unknown [1]
- Only applies to the specific configuration in the cited manual; do not assume applicability to all vehicles with the same model name
