Changan CS75 PLUS: Wiper judder, noise, streaks or unwiped areas
Symptoms
- The wipers judder strongly, make noise or leave streaks, spots and unwiped areas. [1]
Possible causes
- The troubleshooting table separately lists foreign objects on the wiper rubbers, damaged wiping edges, oil/wax contamination and deformed wiper rubbers/frames. [1]
Checks
- Check the glass, wiper rubbers and frames according to the table; distinguish temporary deformation after prolonged parking from a persistent fault. [1]
What to do
- Clean according to the original inspection method; have a service provider address the issue if this remains ineffective. Do not directly conclude that the wiper motor has failed. [1]
Applicability and limits
- Only applies to the corresponding CS75 PLUS configuration in the Russian-language CS75plus manual from the official Russian website, revised June 2024; the manual date is not treated as an applicable model year. No actual vehicle model has been linked. Do not extend to vehicles with the same model name, other powertrains or other markets. Scope: unknown [1]
- Only applies to the specific configuration in the cited manual; do not assume applicability to all vehicles with the same model name.
Related part categories
