About us

Funbyautoparts is operated by Xiamen Meetparts Trade Co., Ltd., based at Room 126-8, No. 481 Qianpu East Road, Siming District, Xiamen, Fujian, China.

Accounts

You need an account to send a request for quote (RFQ) on the site (requests by email or WhatsApp do not need one). Please give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Requests and quotes

• Request for quote (RFQ) is now open. To send a request on the site, you need to create an account and sign in. You can also send a request by email to support@funbyautoparts.com or on WhatsApp, without an account.
• Prices are not shown on the site. Product pages show "Ask for price"; prices are given only in your written quote.
• There is no online checkout. All orders go through a written quote.
• We identify part numbers from the information you give us, such as your VIN. Please check the part numbers and details on the quote before you accept it.
• A quote is valid for 7 days. The date is shown on each quote.
• There is no minimum order. If a part has its own minimum order quantity, it is shown on the quote.
• Prices and shipping costs are quoted in US dollars (USD). Shipping is listed separately from the parts price.

Orders and payment

• An order is made when you accept our quote.
• We accept bank transfer (T/T), and PayPal for small orders.
• Full payment is due before shipping. For large orders or parts we need to source, we may ask for a deposit, shown on the quote.
• The buyer pays bank or transaction fees on the sending side.
• We start processing an order only after payment is confirmed.

Shipping, duties and customs

• We ship worldwide. Some countries or regions may be restricted by sanctions or carrier limits; the quote confirms whether we can ship to you.
• Shipping terms are DAP for express and air orders. For bulk sea freight we can quote FOB or CIF on request.
• The buyer pays import duties and taxes under the rules of the destination country.
• We do not give fixed delivery dates. Transit times depend on the carrier, the route and customs.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel an order before payment. After payment and before shipping, you can ask to cancel; we deduct any costs already incurred. Specially sourced parts cannot be cancelled after payment.

Returns

Returns must be approved by us first. The return window, conditions, non-returnable parts, refunds and restocking fee are set out on our Returns page.

Fitment and use of parts

Parts should be fitted by a qualified technician. Please check that a part matches your vehicle before you install it.

Brand names

Vehicle brand names, model names and part numbers are used only to describe compatibility. Funbyautoparts is not affiliated with or authorised by the vehicle manufacturers.

Your data

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. We do not pass your contact details to our suppliers. All communication goes through us.

Website content

We try to keep information on the site accurate, but it may contain errors. The written quote is what applies to your order.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it with you through friendly discussion. If that does not work, the dispute will be handled by the competent people's court where the company is located (Xiamen).

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
